We service up to 100 vacation properties in Whistler, B.C. including  estate homes, townhomes, condos  and rental units. Our clients have relied upon us to be there when they are not.  We understand that your property is a significant financial investment and we  want to help in anyway.

​We work with numerous Whistler  Strata companies  and have well established and on going  relationships. We take care of  general minor issues to bigger maintenance issues from general repair jobs, insurance claims, major on going repairs, common area upgrades,  etc. 

 

Home & Estate Care Program

We offer numerous catered home care programs  to fit all home owners needs such as  a full concierge services, daily, weekly, monthly inspections for  house insurance compliance, general maintenance care, cleaning services, etc. We are a Whistler based and can be your on-call contact when you are away.
